The programme includes eight-month rotations across Engineering, Quality, and Supplier Quality, with exposure to the full product lifecycle and a focus on quality, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or related discipline (required).
• Demonstrated engineering capability via projects, internships, or work experience.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
