Job summary

Integer seeks a senior Supply Chain leader to drive the plant-level procurement and production planning efforts. You will oversee scheduling, purchasing, and materials management to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction across multiple product lines.

You will lead a team of Supply Chain Associates, implement PFEP, Kanban, and lean initiatives, and maintain data integrity in Oracle ERP while collaborating with enterprise groups to close gaps and achieve cost savings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field; Master's preferred.
• 10+ years of experience with 2+ years management in Supply Chain.
• APICS certification required.
• Lean manufacturing and Kanban knowledge requested.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Supply Chain at the plant level to drive efficiencies and cost reductions.
• Plan and monitor Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning; manage master and production schedules.
• Lead Lean material flow and inventory management; optimize Kanban and PFEP strategies.
• Ensure item master data accuracy in Oracle ERP to support planning processes.
• Coordinate with Enterprise Supply and Customer Service to ensure on-time delivery and order accuracy.
