Job summary

Eircom Limited is seeking a Renewals Manager to secure renewals and drive account growth. You will work with sales teams, distributors and vendors to optimise pricing and margins, ensuring on-time renewal quotes and accurate product details.

Responsibilities include liaising with vendors for best pricing, driving renewal orders, and supporting account managers to expand existing customer relationships with additional products and services. Strong attention to detail and KPI focus are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years’ experience in IT distribution or reseller channel
• Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working with cross functional teams and KPI-driven
• Proficiency with CRM applications and price/mromotion accuracy

Responsibilities

• Liaise with multiple global vendors to understand and achieve best pricing and margin
• Work with sales teams to send renewal quotes on time with accurate pricing
• Follow up on quotes to secure POs from customers
• Support Account Managers by building rapport for repeat business
• Advise customers on suitable products, services and solutions
• Maintain accurate orders and timely fulfilment from order receipt to delivery
