- 8+ years in highly automated, regulated manufacturing.
- Experience supervising technical staff.
- Pharma experience preferred.
- Strong IT and MS Project skills.
- Proven leadership in cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership from feasibility to FAT/SAT/OQ/PQ.
- Drive efficiency, continuous improvement, and best practices.
- Lead multi-disciplinary engineering teams in project delivery.
- Manage department budgets and capital planning.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project success.
