Vantive seeks an Engineering Manager to lead a team of engineers from feasibility through FAT, SAT, OQ and PQ, shaping our technology landscape and driving process improvements for efficient plant operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Biomedical) or related field.
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in highly automated and regulated manufacturing environment.
• Experience managing/supervising technical engineering staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineers from feasibility to FAT, SAT, OQ and PQ delivering projects.
• Drive efficiency, continuous improvement and innovation in manufacturing processes.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project success and budget adherence.
• Mentor and develop engineering team within a regulated environment.
