Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Health Administration, Business, or Engineering.
• 8+ years in program or project management, including healthcare/biotech labs.
• Experience leading large cross-functional programs with complex systems integration.
• Strong understanding of laboratory workflows and healthcare regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of strategic initiatives across multiple workstreams.
• Partner with cross functional leaders to define objectives, priorities, and success metrics.
• Drive program governance through timelines, milestones, budgets, and reporting structures.
• Facilitate steering committee and stakeholder meetings, providing status updates and risk assessments.
• Report program progress to executive leadership through dashboards and reviews.
• Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks; elevate issues to maintain momentum.
• Manage dependencies and resource allocation across teams to ensure alignment with priorities.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations (e.g., CLIA, CAP, HIPAA, Part 11).
• Conduct post-implementation reviews and mentorship to project teams.
