Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in microbiology, pharmaceutical sciences, or related field.
• Lean / Operational excellence training, Green belt preferred.
• Experience in GMP-regulated pharmaceutical/biotech/CRO/contract testing lab.
• Progressive leadership across multiple lab teams and operations.
• Experience supporting customer audits and regulatory inspections (HPRA).
• Strong understanding of microbial testing, lab quality systems, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day lab operations across 3 Brands: Accugenix, Celsis and Endosafe.
• Lead quality and compliance to ensure ISO 9001/17025 and GMP readiness.
• Drive operational excellence, budget management, and capacity planning.
• Prepare for regulatory inspections and customer audits; serve as primary lab representative.
• Develop talent, succession planning, and a high-performing organization.
