Job summary

Parexel is seeking an experienced Programming Lead, Samples, Kits and Laboratory to support precision medicine initiatives across global clinical development programs. You will partner with study teams to oversee biomarker samples, lab operations, kit logistics, and data throughout the trial lifecycle.

You will develop tools and dashboards to track samples, kits, laboratory data, and performance metrics, and you will apply programming skills (Python, R, SQL, and related tech) to ensure data

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of clinical research experience.
• Experience with clinical databases and ICH-GCP.
• Proficiency with programming languages and data tools.
• Fluent English, strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Participate in cross-functional study teams to support precision medicine strategies.
• Serve as SME for sample management, testing activities, and biomarker study operations.
• Lead planning, tracking, and oversight of samples, kits, lab ops, logistics, and data.
• Develop tools and dashboards to track samples and laboratory data.
• Use programming tools to aggregate, extract, and assess study data.
• Support content for study documents (protocols, ICFs, guidelines).
• Collaborate with data management and biostatistics to define data capture and transfer.
• Review lab databases and support database lock activities.
• Manage biosample storage, shipping, budgeting, and vendor oversight.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and regulatory standards.
