Valdo Restaurants Limited in Co. Dublin is seeking a Procurement and Supply Chain Analyst to analyse procurement requirements, source suppliers, and coordinate purchasing activities.

The role focuses on cost‑effective supply of goods and materials, supplier negotiation, PO processing, stock monitoring, and timely reporting to support management decisions. The offered annual salary is €36,605 for a standard 39‑hour week.

Responsibilities

• Analyse purchasing requirements, source suitable suppliers, and obtain and compare quotations based on price, quality, availability and delivery terms
• Assist with supplier selection and negotiation of prices and purchasing terms
• Process and monitor purchase orders and coordinate deliveries with suppliers
• Monitor stock levels and ensure timely availability of required goods and materials
• Liaise with suppliers regarding prices, deliveries, shortages and order discrepancies
• Monitor supplier performance, including cost, quality and delivery
• Maintain accurate purchasing and supplier records
• Analyse procurement expenditure and identify opportunities for cost savings and improved efficiency
• Prepare procurement and supply chain reports to support management decision‑making
