Job summary

EY in Ireland is seeking a Procurement Manager for a 12-month specified purpose contract based in Dublin. You will lead strategic procurement projects, manage tender processes, and liaise with legal and project teams to ensure transparent, compliant procurement execution.

The role offers exposure to high-impact procurement activities within a global professional services firm and includes collaboration with diverse stakeholders across the business.

Qualifications

• Advising on supply market analysis and market consultations
• Managing the procurement process of tender competitions including clarity and amendments
• Acting as the procurement advisor on project steering committees
• Coordinating and chairing dialogue and evaluation meetings with tenderers

Responsibilities

• Advising on supply market analysis and conducting market consultations
• Management of procurement process of tender competitions including receipt and response of tender clarifications and ensuring clarifications and amendments are relayed to tenderers in a timely manner to ensure transparency in the tender process
• Acting as the procurement advisor on relevant project steering committees
• Liaising with both in-house and external legal advisors on the drafting of tender and contractual documentation
• Issuing coordinating instructions to project SME’s and evaluators
• Providing in-house briefing sessions to evaluators prior to evaluation meetings
• Coordinating and chairing dialogue meetings with tenderers
• Coordinating and chairing evaluation meetings with evaluators
• Managing the contract execution process with successful tenderers
