Job summary

GagaMuller Group in Dublin is seeking a Procurement Lead (Owner Representative) to steer procurement strategy and execution across data centre projects on behalf of the Client. Qualifications

• Significant experience leading procurement in large-scale construction or infrastructure projects.
• Professional accreditation (e.g. RICS, CIPS) desirable.
• Experience with data centre or mission-critical environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end procurement for consultants, contractors, and vendors.
• Develop procurement strategies aligned with client objectives.
• Coordinate evaluation processes and risk allocations.
• Support negotiations of commercial terms and contract structures.
• Maintain procurement governance and documentation.
• Provide regular procurement reporting to stakeholders.
• Mentor junior team members.
