Job summary

Allsite Recruitment in Arklow, Ireland, is seeking an experienced Planning / Programme Manager to oversee the planning and programming of multiple engineering and construction projects.

You will work closely with Project Managers, Engineering, Commercial, Procurement, Manufacturing and Site teams to ensure programmes are delivered in line with client requirements.

The role requires Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project expertise, strong analytical abilities, and excellent stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Planning, Senior Planning or Programme Management within engineering or construction.
• Experience managing multi-disciplinary project programmes and complex schedules.
• Strong understanding of design, procurement, construction, commissioning and handover lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project programmes from design to completion.
• Prepare master programmes, baselines and short-term look-ahead plans.
• Monitor progress and identify delays or risks against milestones.
• Perform critical-path analysis and mitigation plans.
• Coordinate requirements across Design, BIM, Procurement, Manufacturing and Sites.
• Provide weekly/monthly reports and forecasts for management and clients.
• Support impact assessments from design changes or delays.
