Job summary

Google LLC in Dublin, Ireland is seeking a Strategic Partner Manager for Apps and Gaming to grow partnerships across the EMEA region. You will manage a portfolio of developers, move beyond transactional relationships, and serve as a strategic consultant alongside Google’s product teams.

The role requires strong communication in English, French, or Spanish, with experience in AdTech or gaming and a track record of influencing C-suite stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 1 year of experience in Account Management, Management Consulting, Business Development, or Partnerships within the AdTech or Gaming sectors.
• 1 year of experience within the mobile apps, gaming, or sell-side ad technology space.
• Ability to communicate in English, French or Spanish fluency to manage specific regional growth hubs within the EMEA portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-quarter joint business plans for top EMEA developers, balancing near‑term business generation/health with long‑term partner sustainability.
• Drive adoption of advanced sell-side solutions, including Open Bidding and hybrid models, to maximize partner impression value.
• Advise on ad-stack architecture, helping partners optimize the mix of ad business, subscriptions, and in-app purchases.
• Guide developers through privacy and regulatory shifts, ensuring data compliance and continued profitability.
• Synthesize partner feedback to influence Google’s product roadmap while partnering cross-functionally to deliver a unified experience.
