Qualifikationen

• Senior-level marketing leadership background within fast-paced media/entertainment/tech consumer brands.
• Proven ability to manage a multi-brand strategy and navigate complex branding frameworks.
• Strong strategic foresight across digital channels including apps, social, digital audio and VOD.
• Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and influencing executive stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Lead and execute strategic marketing campaigns across app, social, digital audio, and video-on-demand platforms to boost reach and engagement.
• Manage and develop a multi-disciplinary marketing team, aligning output with brand standards.
• Collaborate with the Managing Director and Content Directors to align marketing with business goals and drive reach across JNLR reports.
• Spearhead initiatives to increase MAU and registration conversions on the Onic Player.
• Oversee market research to track and improve brand awareness and Brand Love scores.
• Partner with commercial teams on marketing-led initiatives that generate sponsorship interest and digital revenue growth.
