Qualifications

• 10+ years of engineering experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proactive and strategic mindset with ability to address challenges.
• Proven track record of delivering complex engineering projects.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and agile methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Mainframe Platform engineering team to deliver high-quality, reliable, and scalable solutions.
• Oversee design, development, and maintenance of mainframe systems and applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement platform strategies aligned with KSIs and KPIs.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance platform performance, security, and reliability.
