Job summary

The National Treasury Management Agency (NTMA) is seeking a Business Support Specialist for the ISIF Division in Ireland. You will provide comprehensive administrative, operational and business support to ISIF, ensuring efficient delivery of key activities and maintaining professionalism and discretion in all interactions.

The role requires excellent written and verbal communication, strong organisational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, Power BI and SharePoint.

Qualifications

• Preferable: 3rd level qualification
• Experience supporting projects/programme delivery

Responsibilities

• Support ISIF team with documents, reports, and presentations.
• Develop collateral for ISIF ensuring consistent branding.
• Prepare materials for parliamentary questions and FOI requests.
• Lead end-to-end monthly meetings: agendas, minutes, actions.
• Set up workflows for unit committees and boards.
• Manage travel, invoices, staff expenses, and ad-hoc admin.
