Job summary

Integra LifeSciences Corporation is seeking a Procurement Specialist to support indirect procurement across Europe. You will translate approved requisitions into purchase orders, manage supplier performance, and lead cost-reduction initiatives while ensuring timely deliveries.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least 3 years purchasing experience in medical devices or pharma, and strong English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 3 years purchasing experience in industry, preferably medical device or pharma.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Enter purchase orders in Oracle R12 ERP and coordinate with suppliers to ensure on-time receipts of indirect goods and services.
• Develop sourcing strategies to ensure continuous supply of quality, competitively priced goods and services.
• Manage the European leased car fleet, coordinating with HR and lease company and ensuring required documentation.
• Oversee supplier relationships for services related to the office building in St Priest and general vendor management.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive cost reductions and process improvements in tactical indirect procurement.
• Resolve supplier issues with internal customers and support accounts payable in PO and payment processes.
• Support iProcurement users and complete Compliance Learning Assignments.
