Job summary

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with managers to advise on HR best practices in line with HSE policies, protocols and procedures.
• Participate in recruitment and retention initiatives.
• Contribute to employee relations, workforce planning, performance achievement and staff engagement.
• Support the General Manager with operational management of the HR pillar/function within the Regional HR Team.
• Provide HR supports as assigned.
• Understand and coordinate across Regional HR pillars: Recruitment/Contracting/Resourcing; Medical Workforce; Workforce Analytics; HR Employee Relations; Health and Wellbeing; Learning and Development.
• Work with the HR Senior Management Team to deliver organisational strategy in line with Sláintecare and the Health Regions structure.
