Job summary

The Address Collective is seeking a Financial Controller to lead the finance function within our growing hotel group. You will oversee monthly management accounts, balance sheet reconciliation, payroll accuracy and cash flow management while supporting budgeting and audit activities.

You will work closely with senior management to safeguard assets, ensure compliance, and drive profitability across multiple properties, delivering timely financial insights.

Qualifications

• Strong accounting background with hotel experience.
• At least five years of accounting experience.
• Experience with audit and control processes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts in an accurate and timely manner.
• Reconcile the balance sheet and ensure balances are supported by documentation.
• Ensure P&L is accurate and monitor cash flow requirements.
• Assist in annual budgeting and financial planning.
• Assist external auditor with annual financial audit.
