Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or a related analytical finance role.
• Demonstrated ability to partner with cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as a finance partner to the global R&D organization.
• Prepare and analyze monthly and quarterly financial reporting.
• Lead the development of annual budgets and long-term plans.
