Job summary

Hamilton Insurance Group, Ltd. is seeking an FP&A Manager based in Dublin to partner with Bermuda leadership and drive planning, forecasting, and strategic analysis. This role reports to the Global Head of FP&A and requires collaboration across finance teams in a complex, global environment.

The role emphasizes continuous improvement, stakeholder engagement, and development of a small FP&A team, with a premium on accuracy and insightful reporting.

Qualifications

Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CPA with 5+ years post qualified experience.
Proven experience in FP&A or strong analytical background.
Ability to engage autonomously with senior stakeholders.
Insurance knowledge, Bermuda market experience desirable.

Responsibilities

Serve as FP&A business partner to Bermuda underwriting and finance leaders.
Lead and drive the planning cycle for Hamilton Re Bermuda.
Forecast income statement and balance sheet based on drivers and trends.
Review financial results vs. expectations and analyze variances.
Prepare quarterly commentary and management presentations.
