You will tackle key commercial questions, influence decisions, and turn data into actionable insights for senior leadership, helping set regional and group commercial priorities.

Qualifications

• Background in strategy consulting or in-house strategy.
• Structured, analytical problem solver who uses data to reach answers.
• Strong commercial instincts and an understanding of revenue and margin drivers.
• Confident engaging and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Self-directed and easy to work with, owning work end to end.

Responsibilities

• Tackle the business's most important commercial questions as an individual contributor.
• Shape decisions on pricing, supply, ancillaries, CRM and marketing campaigns.
• Partner with the Heads of Commercial and P&L leads across regions.
• Turn complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Present insights to the senior leadership group and help set commercial priorities.
