Job summary

Ryanair Ltd. in Dublin is seeking a Deputy Director of Planning to join our Engineering Department in Swords. You will lead a large planning team across sites and oversee maintenance planning for the Ryanair Group fleet.

This senior role requires deep knowledge of EASA regulations, a relevant engineering degree or aircraft maintenance qualification, and proven leadership within airline maintenance planning.

Qualifications

• Senior planning experience in airline maintenance is required.
• Knowledge of EASA Part-M, Part-CAMO and Part-145 regulations.
• Experience coordinating multiple sites and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 30+ planning staff across multiple sites.
• Plan scheduled and unscheduled maintenance safely and efficiently.
• Coordinate production planning across 6 regions.
• Interface with 3rd party MOs and suppliers to ensure availability.
• Align with operations/control and commercial to maximise aircraft availability.
• Develop short, medium and long-term maintenance plans for fleet growth.
• Maintain and monitor maintenance workpacks.
