Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a professional to join the Finance team as a management accountant. You will prepare monthly management accounts in coordination with the Finance team and support the preparation of statutory accounts, liaising with external auditors and partnering with Sales, Operations and HR.

The role requires strong Excel skills, knowledge of Power BI, and ideally familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics.

Qualifications

Must have accounting qualification (CIMA, ACCA or ACA).
Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, HR and Payroll.
Strong Excel skills and Power BI knowledge; Dynamics familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

Prepare monthly management accounts with Finance team.
Prepare statutory accounts and liaise with external auditors; partner cross-functionally with internal teams.
Ensure payroll reporting and statutory compliance.
Deliver month-end close in line with Group reporting dates.
Monitor compliance with policies and reporting timeframes.
