Job summary

TTM Healthcare Solutions in Ennis, Ireland, seeks a Financial Controller to lead the financial control, reporting integrity and governance across the group. You will drive month-end closes, policy adherence and support tax compliance, audits and board reporting.

You will develop the finance team, refine reconciliations, and partner with senior leadership to deliver accurate forecasts and budgeting. ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification and strong accounting skills are required.

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent professional qualification.
• Strong technical accounting and financial control experience.
• Experience leading or supporting external audit processes.
• Excellent understanding of reconciliations, statutory reporting and internal controls.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the financial control framework with robust, documented controls.
• Oversee group month-end and year-end close processes with accurate reporting.
• Maintain accounting policies and ensure reporting aligns with standards.
• Identify control weaknesses and drive corrective actions to strengthen governance.
• Lead statutory accounts preparation, manage external audits and tax compliance.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and Board reporting, and develop finance staff.
• Drive improvements in reconciliations, processes and system enhancements.
