Job summary

Seetec Employment and Skills Ireland (SESI) is seeking an experienced Employer Services Manager to lead our employer engagement strategy across Ireland’s employment and employability programmes. You will build strong employer partnerships, lead a team of Employer Services Consultants and a Career Coach, and use labour market intelligence and data to maximise outcomes for clients.

Based in Longford, this full-time role offers a competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• Five years of management experience in recruitment, sales or employer services.
• Experience leading teams and managing resources in changing environments.
• Proven track record of exceeding targets.
• Ability to influence across organisational levels.
• Experience building large-scale employer and stakeholder relationships.
• Passion for helping people progress into sustainable employment.
• Leadership, coaching and team development skills.
• Strong planning and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong data-driven decision making with analytical skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and client management systems.
• Full, current driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Employer Services Consultant team to drive performance and outcomes.
• Coach, mentor and support team members through performance reviews and development planning.
• Build and maintain relationships with regional and national employers, creating sustainable employment opportunities for clients.
• Establish collaborative partnerships with key stakeholders and organisations, including Turas Nua, the Department of Social Protection (DSP) and other employment service providers.
• Use Power BI and performance data to identify trends, drive decision-making and continuously improve employer services delivery.
• Develop and embed employer engagement best practice across services, working closely with operational teams.
