Seetec Employment and Skills Ireland (SESI) is seeking an experienced, strategic and commercially focused Employer Services Manager to lead the development and delivery of our employer engagement strategy across a range of employment and employability programmes throughout Ireland.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in employer engagement, recruitment, sales or business development.
• Strong leadership skills and experience leading teams.
• Experience shaping and delivering strategic employer engagement programmes.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and delivery of the employer engagement strategy across Ireland.
• Build and manage high‑performing teams of Employer Services Consultants and a Career Coach.
• Use labour market intelligence and performance data to maximise employment outcomes.
• Strengthen relationships with regional and national employers and partner organisations.
