Job summary

Elysearch and Placement is partnering with an expanding Midlands-based firm to recruit a strategic Chief Financial Officer. The role leads financial strategy, planning, reporting, audits, compliance, and banking relationships, working closely with the CEO and SLT to steer growth.

The successful candidate will bring ACMA/FCMA, ACA/FCA, ACCA/FCCA or CPA qualifications, 15+ years’ post-qualification experience including 7+ years in senior financial leadership, and a track record of managing

Qualifications

• Must have ACMA/FCMA, ACA/FCA, ACCA/FCCA, CPA or equivalent accounting qualification.
• 15+ years’ post qualification experience, with at least 7 years in a senior financial leadership role.
• Experience in financial management of large scale projects and growth environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial strategy, planning and analysis to drive growth.
• Oversee financial reporting, audits, compliance and bank relations.
• Collaborate with CEO and executive team on strategic decisions.
• Establish forecasting systems and KPI monitoring for performance.
• Build strong relationships with SLT and stakeholders.
