Verizon is seeking a Senior Sourcing Manager in Carrier Management to lead commercial sourcing and negotiations for third-party network access services supporting Verizon's U.S. operations. You will guide opportunity assessment, market engagement, and negotiation to deliver cost savings and reliable service.

You will work with network operators and cross-functional stakeholders to turn business requirements into clear, actionable commercial strategies and recommendations for senior leadership.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or the equivalent relevant work experience.
• Experience in sourcing methods and best practices.
• Experience negotiating complex commercial agreements.
• Ability to lead competitive bids and renewals.
• Strong written and verbal communication with senior leaders.

Responsabilidades

• Leading negotiations with network operators on pricing and terms.
• Identifying and delivering savings opportunities across third-party network access spend.
• Running competitive bids, proposals evaluation, and documenting recommendations.
• Analyzing pricing, demand, contract terms, and service requirements.
• Managing a portfolio of sourcing initiatives through to completion.
• Building relationships with operators and internal partners to resolve issues.
