Caterline Catering Equipment Ltd is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive profitable sales growth in the Irish market. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will build strong customer relationships, identify opportunities, and establish a structured sales function to support expansion.

Role focuses on developing sales strategy, managing the sales pipeline, growing existing accounts, and delivering sustainable commercial results across hospitality and related sectors.

Qualifications

• Experienced sales professional with strong commercial acumen and proven B2B leadership.
• Track record in building and managing sales teams and pipelines.
• Proven ability to win new business and grow key accounts.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales strategy, manage pipeline and secure new business opportunities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers, consultants and contractors.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and commercial solutions.
• Support tender submissions and public procurement where needed.
• Forecast, monitor, and report sales performance and margins.
• Maintain CRM records and drive continuous improvement in processes.
• Collaborate with MD, operations and project teams to deliver customer projects.
• Ensure smooth handover from sales to implementation.
