Job summary

The Arts Council, Ireland’s government agency for the arts, is seeking an Application Support Manager (Music & Opera) in Dublin. This permanent, full-time role at the Higher Executive Officer grade reports to the Performing Arts Director and oversees funding processes and payments within the Arts team.

You will manage a portfolio of grant assessments, sign-off payments, foster cross-team coordination, and support policy and budgeting initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage a specific number of funding and grant assessments.
• Motivate and collaborate with the Arts team to ensure efficient workflows.
• Sign-off on and oversee a number of award payments.
• Maintain relationship management within the arts/practice area.
