Job summary

Primark in Ireland is seeking a Store Team Manager to lead a department, drive sales and customer experience on a 6-month contract. You will collaborate with the management team, coach Retail Assistants, organise tasks, and oversee stock, merchandising and tills while shaping a positive store culture.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the management team to support daily store operations.
• Responsible for an allocated department including commercial planning, stock management, planograms, and visual merchandising to drive sales.
• Oversee till areas or fitting rooms when required.
• Organise and lead Retail Assistants, setting tasks daily.
• Motivate and coach the team to provide an exceptional store environment and customer experience.
• Develop your skills through digital learning and career pathways within Primark.
