Job summary

Boots Ireland is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Store Leader in delivering excellent customer care and high operational standards. You will lead on the shop floor, demonstrate leadership, and coach your team to deliver brilliant service for customers and patients.

You will work across retail and pharmacy, driving performance through regular coaching and reviews while managing stock, costs and safety. Boots Ireland values inclusivity and flexible options where possible.
