Job summary

Lidl Ireland is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations, drive KPI targets, and maintain excellent shop floor presentation. You will manage, motivate and develop the store team, ensuring stock levels are adequate and customer service remains outstanding.

Role requires Leaving Certificate or equivalent, 2 years of management experience, and a full driving licence.

Qualifications

• Leaving certificate or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 2 years management experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Full driving licence.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, varied environment, hitting targets and meeting deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work varying shift patterns.
