Nourish is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a busy Dunnes Stores concession in Blanchardstown. You will drive store performance, mentor your team and deliver exceptional customer service in a health-focused retail environment.

This 40-hour week, Monday–Friday with occasional evenings/weekends, offers a competitive €45,000+ salary, strong benefits and training opportunities to support your career growth in a growing Irish family business.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership and retail management experience.
• Genuine interest in health, nutrition and wellness.
• Ability to lead, motivate and develop a team.
• Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall store performance and profitability.
• Lead, mentor and develop the store team.
• Manage stock, merchandising and seasonal ordering.
• Drive sales and maintain excellent customer service standards.
• Build strong relationships with customers, Nourish colleagues and Dunnes Stores management.
• Occasional travel for training and quarterly meetings.
