Nourish is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our Dunnes Stores concession in Blanchardstown, Dublin. You will drive sales, coach a small team, manage stock, and ensure outstanding customer service in a fast-paced health-food retail environment.

This 40-hour week features Monday to Friday shifts with occasional evenings and weekends. You’ll collaborate with Nourish colleagues and Dunnes Stores management to deliver an exceptional customer experience and promote our health-focused range.

About the Role

This is a 40-hour-per-week position, with shifts across Monday to Friday and occasional weekend cover. Candidates must be flexible to work across our opening hours of 8am-10pm.

You’ll be responsible for the overall performance of the store, leading and developing your team, managing stock, driving sales and ensuring excellent customer service standards.

The role is based within a busy Dunnes Stores concession, so you’ll need to be comfortable building strong relationships with customers, Nourish colleagues and Dunnes Stores management.

Occasional travel to Dublin or Cork will be required for training and development, along with quarterly Managers' meetings.
