Job summary

Nourish is seeking an experienced Store Manager for our busy Dunnes Stores concession in Knocknacarra, Galway. You will lead up to 10 colleagues, drive sales, manage stock, and ensure exceptional customer service across 8:30am–10pm opening hours.

This 40-hour week includes Monday–Friday with occasional evenings and weekend cover; travel to Dublin or Cork for training and quarterly meetings will be required.

About the Role

This is a 40-hour-per-week position, with shifts across Monday to Friday and occasional weekend cover. Candidates must be flexible to work across our opening hours of 8:30am–10pm.

You’ll be responsible for the overall performance of the store, leading and developing your team, managing stock, driving sales and ensuring excellent customer service standards.

The role is based within a busy Dunnes Stores concession, so you’ll need to be comfortable building strong relationships with customers, Nourish colleagues and Dunnes Stores management.

Occasional travel to Dublin or Cork will be required for training and development, along with quarterly Managers’ meetings.
