Job summary

Namo is expanding across Ireland and seeks a Store Manager for our Navan location. You will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running from Day 0, leading by example to build a high-performing team and culture.

You will recruit, train, and manage the store team, ensuring excellent customer service, food quality, and adherence to safety and company procedures as you drive sales and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality management or a similar leadership role.
• Strong people management and communication skills.
• Ability to lead by example and stay calm under pressure.
• Organised, reliable, and commercially aware.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and lead the store team.
• Create a positive, respectful, and high-performing work environment.
• Deliver excellent customer service and consistent food quality.
• Manage store KPIs including sales, labour, food cost, and waste.
• Plan and manage rotas in line with business needs.
• Ensure food safety, hygiene, and company procedures are followed.
• Maintain high operational standards on every shift.
• Act as the main point of responsibility for the store.
