Vision Express in Ireland is seeking a proactive Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, lead a team of colleagues, ensure exceptional customer service, and meet sales targets while managing scheduling, inventory, and financial reporting.

You will drive recruitment with support from peers and collaborate with regional leadership to create a positive, productive workplace aligned to our mission of helping customers See More and Be More through tailored eyecare and eyewear solutions.

Responsabilités

• Monitor and analyse sales performance to meet/exceed targets and drive growth.
• Lead and support store colleagues with strong leadership.
• Communicate clearly with patients, translating jargon into understandable language.
• Maintain accurate customer records and prescriptions for best service.
• Collaborate with Eye Care Professionals, Optical Assistants and management.
• Work well under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Demonstrate confidence, passion, and drive.
• Support in-store recruitment processes.
• Provide training and coaching to maximise team performance.
