Job summary

Vision Express in Ireland is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily store operations, drive sales, coach staff, and uphold exceptional customer service. You’ll manage scheduling, inventory, and financial reporting while ensuring a consistent in-store experience.

You will also lead recruitment with support from regional leadership and our Store Support Centre, fostering a positive, high-performing team aligned with our mission to help customers See More and Be More.
