Life Style Sports is seeking a Store Manager for Blanchardstown Retail Park. You will act as a commercial decision-maker, coach, and culture-builder, bringing concepts to life in-store and leading high-performing teams.

You will recruit, develop, and inspire teams, deliver outstanding customer experiences, and ensure strong operational standards, stock accuracy, and health and safety practices.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences at a senior level.
• Ability to make strategic business decisions to maximise profitability and growth.
• Strong ability to analyse reports and drive store performance.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales, maximise productivity, and control costs across the store.
• Lead recruitment, coaching, and development of the team.
• Set objectives and KPI targets and monitor progress.
• Support underperformers and align performance with objectives.
• Coach and develop an EPIC team while inspiring store concepts.
• Oversee stock management, rotation, and product presentation.
• Implement VM standards and report outcomes to regional teams.
• Maintain regular communication with regional and Brand Centre teams.
