The Perfume Shop in Ireland is seeking a Store Manager who will take accountability for the store, lead a passionate team, and deliver sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service. You will coach staff, manage rosters, control stock, and ensure security procedures, with a focus on growth, training, and rewards through KPI-based bonuses and a supportive work culture.

This permanent, full-time role offers a base salary of €38,050 plus Christmas commission, 32 days holiday pro rata,

Qualificações

• Experience managing a retail store in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to lead and coach a team.
• Strong customer service focus and goal-driven.
• Strong understanding of KPI, sales, service, and loss prevention.

Responsabilidades

• Lead by example to deliver excellent service to customers and coach your team.
• Deliver store targets and ensure the team knows what to do each shift.
• Review store performance and implement action plans to overcome challenges.
• Open and close the store, following security procedures.
• Prepare and issue staff rotas to cover demand.
• Manage stock to minimise loss and discrepancy.
• Coach and mentor staff with regular 1:1s and recognise achievements.
• Assist in recruiting to build a strong, successful team.
