You will coach and train staff, manage budgets and staffing, and ensure compliance with policies while fostering a vibrant culture.

• Proven management experience in retail
• Strong multitasking and prioritization
• Experience interviewing and hiring staff
• Ability to perform physical tasks on the shop floor
