Qualifications

• Prior experience at Supervisor/Assistant Manager level
• Leadership and team education skills
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• Flexibility to work a dynamic schedule
• Exceptional interpersonal, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to perform various work floor activities, including reaching aloft, bending, squatting, kneeling, and carrying goods

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store activities with the store manager
• Mentor and supervise store employees
• Take full responsibility in the manager's absence
• Collaborate on merchandising, customer service, and HR
• Report on daily operations and assist in recruitment and sales planning
• Maintain optimal inventory and health and safety compliance
• Address customer issues and support clients
• Help achieve store sales targets
• Handle additional tasks as directed by upper management
