Boots Ireland in Dublin is seeking a Store Manager to lead the Jervis Shopping Centre store. You will guide a large team with a focus on exceptional customer and patient care while driving store performance and growth.

You will champion Boots' brand, develop in-store operations, and implement the company strategy to maximise sales and service. The role offers development opportunities in beauty and healthcare through our training teams.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Store Manager to lead our Jervis Shopping Centre store in Dublin!

Are you an experienced retail manager who leads with care, takes pride in supporting customers and patients, and knows how to bring out the best in a large team?

As a Store Manager you will work in store and really drive the success of your store and inspire your teams with your love for great customer care. Your passion and strategy will help the business to grow and change for the better. With opportunities to progress your career in beauty and healthcare, our training teams will ensure you have all the tools you need to succeed in your current role and beyond.

You will:

• Lead, challenge and inspire your team to deliver business growth by providing exceptional care to our customers and patients.

What you’ll need to have

These are the essential skills or experience needed to succeed in this role.

• Retail management and commercial experience, with great customer service skills.
• Understanding of how to lead and deliver a company strategy, with the ability to implement in store to drive strong performance results.
• Ability to work at pace and react to the changing needs of the customer.
• A collaborative personality and able to thrive in a team centered approach.
• A passion for keeping up to date with your own learning and development.
• Ability to coach and develop individuals and teams.

It would be great if you also have

• Experience working within community pharmacy
• Experience and comfortable with navigating and embracing new technology
