Job summary

Boots Ireland is seeking a Store Manager to lead and inspire the store team, drive sales growth and deliver exceptional customer care. You will champion our pharmacy-led health and beauty promise, manage daily operations, and create a welcoming shopping environment for customers and patients.

In this role you will develop your leadership and business skills with ongoing training and progression opportunities, supported by our Resourcing Team and store leadership.

• Retail management and commercial experience with strong customer service.

• Experience in community pharmacy and comfort with new technology.

As a Store Manager you will work in store and really drive the success of your store and inspire your teams with your love for great customer care. Your passion and strategy will help the business to grow and change for the better. What you’ll need to have

• Retail management and commercial experience, with great customer service skills.
• Understanding of how to lead and deliver a company strategy, with the ability to implement in store to drive strong performance results.
• Ability to work at pace and react to the changing needs of the customer.
• A collaborative personality and able to thrive in a team centered approach.
• A passion for keeping up to date with your own learning and development.
• Ability to coach and develop individuals and teams.

It would be great if you also have

• Experience working within community pharmacy
• Experience and comfortable with navigating and embracing new technology
