Job summary

Three Ireland is seeking a Store Manager for maternity leave cover in Ireland. You will lead a store, motivate your team, and ensure outstanding customer experiences across sales, service, and compliance. This full-time role is 37.5 hours per week and offers a competitive salary, benefits, and pension contributions.

Qualifications

• Strong experience managing a retail team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven success in achieving or exceeding sales and performance targets.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and people-management skills.
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
• Comfortable with operational responsibilities including stock, audits, admin, and compliance.
• Comfortable supporting through change while maintaining high standards.
