Job summary

JoJo Maman Bébé is seeking a Store Manager in Ireland to lead a team, own store performance, and deliver exceptional customer service across Omni-Channel operations including Click & Collect and Ship from Store.

You will drive sales, coach staff, manage stock accuracy, and uphold the brand's values in a dynamic retail environment. The role is a fixed-term contract until 25 September 2027, with opportunities for development and learning.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Store Manager within a retail environment.
• Previous customer service and sales experience
• Competent IT skills and excellent systems ability, with an aptitude to pick up new systems quickly.
• Demonstrates sales ability with active listening, empathy and customer needs awareness.
• Ability to train and develop the team.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the team is equipped to uphold B Corp principles and USP.
• Own store performance within an Omni-Channel setting, including Ship from Store and Click & Collect.
• Celebrate store performance with the team and address any shortfall by setting actionable targets.
• Maintain stock accuracy and integrity to fulfil in-store and Omni orders.
• Lead by example in all operational tasks and maintain a safe, lively environment for customers and staff.
• Provide training using virtual and digital resources for self and team development.
• Act as outward ambassador of B Corp principles and culture in business practices.
• Organize rotas and holiday allocations fairly.
• Delegate responsibilities to stimulate development within the team.
