NORMAL Retail Ireland Limited is expanding its Dublin team and seeks a Store Manager to lead a high-performing shop. You will drive customer experience, sales, and profitability while developing a motivated team in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment.

You will recruit and coach staff, create engaging product displays, manage budgets and KPIs, and ensure standards that make NORMAL the best place for customers to buy everyday essentials. Salary range €45,000–€50,000.

The Job:
