NORMAL Retail Ireland Limited is seeking a Store Manager to lead our Cork team as we expand in Ireland. You will drive a fantastic in-store experience, ensure strong profitability, and foster an engaged, high-performing team in a dynamic, entrepreneurial work environment.

We are looking for a store leader with a strong business mindset who can own budgets and KPIs, motivate staff, and turn strategy into action in a fast-paced retail setting. Salary €45,000 - €50,000 per year.

Our expansion now continues in Ireland, and we’re looking for a Store Manager to join our adventure in Ireland! Could that be you?

The Job:

As a Store Manager, you willplay a key role in providing customers with unique shopping experience, ensuring strong development and profitability in the store, and fostering engaged employees.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Recruiting and building your team

• Focusing on customers - making sure everyone feels welcome and wants to return

• Coaching and motivating your employees in an open and positive environment.

• Ensuring high store standards with a focus on sales and profitability.
